JapShow Finale Report 2010
The HKS Drag Series didn’t turn a wheel in anger at the JapShow Finale 2010. Aside from the impressive test session on Saturday, there were no rounds of qualifying or eliminations on Sunday due to persistent rain.
It was a massive disappointment for both racers, organisers and of course fans of the series, who had all been looking forward to a spectacular end to the season. Racers had to console themselves with a handful of bonus points from attendance, and the positions going into the event were unchanged to decide the championship.
As such, the Champions for the 2010 Jap Drag Series were as follows:
 |

Pro Winner:
Leon Green, Toyota Supra, 960 points

The presentation ceremony was a friendly affair with shouts and cheers for each racer from championship rivals so bitterly fought on track at previous rounds. The anticlimactic end to the season did nothing to dampen enthusiasm for next years championships, and the new season cannot come soon enough.
